Sorry if this is in the wrong place, as I'm not really sure where a question like this should go. So feel free to move or remove, etc if this is the case! I read up on the posing guidelines for wilds and while it pretty much made sense, I'm still left wondering about the wilds that basically pose the same and as easily as regular cats and dogs? An example, if you will, of my wolf Astra posing in dali and dane style: Is a dali style pose not acceptable? Should their eyes be looking at the camera or straight ahead (for either pose)? Also, since I'm mainly a wolf fanatic (of the old wolf files) when it comes to wilds, I'm not sure what kind of "natural" pose would work. A couple examples: growling and running Not easy getting her to "stalk" since her file's based on a dogz breed. Catz are unfairly easier lol. And it's too bad props are not acceptable, as it'd be a pretty natural thing, chewing on some meat or a bone or some such, haha. I know this probably seems like a silly question, but I wanted to ask before I made any sort of mistake, and there's not a whole lot of examples here to go by. Anyway, I appreciate any input on the subject!

I apologize for the lack of posing examples. Checking out some old pose show threads could be a good idea. Here is an example of a dane doing a wildz pose. The chest doesn't need to be puffed out, head is held up and eyes looking forward. Feet as together as possible. The dane & dali poses you have wouldn't be acceptable. This pose would probably be docked off for the eyes, though, as they look tired and disinterested. As for your natural pose, your growling one and running ones are acceptable, but to make it even better you may want to add a little more spice into your photos! Growling & Marking Territory. The more creative - the better chance of winning! Good luck. <3

Hey Mkay, thank you for clearing that up for me! It'll be weird getting show pics of them without trying to have them pose in the regular way, aha. And I'll definitely work on those natural poses.
Thanks!
