Carnival Contest!
So the carnival is here, and we have floats to be decorated for the big parade! Decorate the float however you'd like!

I'll be doing this, but I have a question: Are we allowed to edit the petz in the picture however we'd like? Like dodge/burn, etc? If that's a bit extreme, are outlines & eye shines okay?
Annndddd are we allowed to edit objects into the picture, or should we stick to petz toys/just petz?
